About Barrier Intelligence
Built from the field.Engineered for proof.
Barrier Intelligence is a Doha-based industrial assurance company building a more defensible way to verify Fire & Gas detection performance.

Founder & CEO
Dr. Satheesh Kumar
Built by someone who knows the sites, the standards and the cost of an assumption that cannot be defended.
Dr. Satheesh has spent 16 years delivering Fire & Gas detection infrastructure for national oil companies across the Middle East. The fragmented barrier-verification problem behind Barrier Intelligence is one he encountered directly across operator engagements and industrial sites.
He is the author of Mastering Fire & Gas Detection Systems and holds an Honorary Doctorate in AI for Industrial Excellence. His work connects process-safety practice, engineering delivery and practical industrial innovation.
Barrier Intelligence was created to replace repeated, siloed verification work with an evidence chain that can be checked, challenged and signed.
Co-building team
Domain experience, product discipline and deep-tech delivery.
Barrier Intelligence is founder-led and supported by The Utopia Studio across technology, product and operations.

Karan Pinto
Karan supports the technology and growth direction behind Barrier Intelligence—helping turn specialist engineering knowledge into a focused product, a credible technical roadmap and a clear route into industrial adoption.

Oliver Graham-Yooll
Oliver works alongside the founder on product and operations, shaping how Assure3D moves from engineering method to pilot-ready workflow while keeping evidence, usability and field validation connected.
Aiden Kim
Aiden leads the brand and digital experience for Barrier Intelligence, translating a complex engineering proposition into a clear visual system, coherent product story and usable interface across the website and Assure3D.
Fire & Gas engineering
Scenario basis, detector philosophy, standards context and operating reality.

Bring us one live assurance question.
We will show where the design basis holds, where it does not and what the smallest defensible response looks like.
